I was told I would wait 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and emissions. I waited there. It took 3 hours 45 minutes. The advisor could not be contacted during this time. I had also made an appointmen change and emissions. I waited there. It took 3 hours 45 minutes. The advisor could not be contacted during this time. I had also made an appointment for a recall fix. After waiting 2 hours I was told that they didn’t even have the parts for such a thing. More
