I will never go to this place again because of their dishonest/greedy tactics. I dropped off my Honda for a service issue related to my brand new car battery needing a jump start repeatedly. I don't wan dishonest/greedy tactics. I dropped off my Honda for a service issue related to my brand new car battery needing a jump start repeatedly. I don't want to write a whole novel, but to summarize - they tried to charge me $356 for an extremely simple job that didn't even fix my problem in the first place, and they didn't get a confirmation from me before "fixing" my problem. David Mendez was my service advisor, and he's really good at smiling in your face while trying to take your $$ to make his mechanics happy. The crazy thing out of all of this is - my Honda's HandsFree Link kept drawing power from the battery which was causing it to die, to which Honda said they had to go through a whole ordeal to "reset"...well, come to find out, I had a relative go in my car, find the HandsFree Link device to the left of my steering wheel, and unplug it. My car has been great ever since. I should have never paid a penny, especially not the $220 for a 2 second job. I also interacted with a man named "Mo" at the front desk, who entered in several important pieces of my information incorrectly in the system, such as my mileage being entered at 27k instead of 180k, and my entire address being misspelled regardless of how many times I corrected him. All those guys in there are grimy. It actually makes a business MORE money being honest and upfront with their customers. More

I needed a key computer chip replacement ONLY, having just had an inspection at my local shop and was advised by my battery store I was forced to deal with a dealership. 3 hours later I was physically do just had an inspection at my local shop and was advised by my battery store I was forced to deal with a dealership. 3 hours later I was physically done but UNBEKNOWN TO ME my car was undergoing a 45’ “free” safety inspection where a 5mm wear noted, still in safe zone, on brake. And a note for follow up with them! I doubt if any shop materials were used, yet I was charged the “shop fee” as part of my total fee of $283, (parts $94 and labor $159) I would have paid to be out of there 45’ earlier, but I was not given the option, the service manager justifying their actions as a potential safety call. I will never go back there again, tho the service tech Shawn Williams Jr was personable and seemed knowledgeable re my key (and only) problem. More
SERVICE REVIEW - Had an appointment for routine service at 9am. I show up 5 min early and am told the wait is 2.5-3 hours. A complete joke and I will not be back. Just get service from one of the other Honda dealers in the area that actually honors their appointment times. More
We’ve bought three cars from Landmark Honda over the years and have always had our service done there. I was told I would wait 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and emissions. I waited there. It took 3 hours 45 minutes. The advisor could not be contacted during this time.
