I had such a great experience here! I originally came in for an oil change and inspection, and everything went so smoothly. While working on my car, they found an A/C seal leak and repaired it under warranty, then discovered my air conditioner’s condenser was leaking. They replaced that too—also under warranty—which saved me a ton of stress and money. A big shout-out to Ricardo, my service advisor, who went above and beyond. My schedule was tight that day and overlapped with another important appointment, but he coordinated with the shuttle driver so I wouldn’t miss it. The driver was incredibly nice too, making the ride stress-free. The waiting area was also a nice surprise—cleaner and more comfortable than the last time I visited. Ricardo made sure to clearly explain every service they performed on my car and even walked me through what I’ll need for my next visits. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this taken care of—thorough, honest, and genuinely considerate. I’m definitely coming back! More
The purchasing process always takes way too long. I don’t think that’s unique to this dealership, but it was very frustrating nonetheless. DO NOT purchase the maintenance package. The last two times I have gone in for an oil change. I waited for two hours and three hours respectively WITH an appointment. I gave them a second star because the service coordinators are friendly, but they are not very apologetic about the ridiculous wait times. More
