Follow-up to my report on 8/14/15 ------ My wife asked me to bring the FIAT in on Saturday 6-Feb for our complimentary oil change. sigh. Mike said to call him when we were coming; got his vm and left a message. 40 minutes to get there, checked in very promptly, didn't hear back from Mike but no problem from service writer when I mentioned the freebie oil change. Kicked tires and waited. Saw the car go in the bay after about 40 minutes and kept an eye on it. Came out of the bay at about the hour and 20 minute mark and then the tech disappeared for 20 minutes. Then he popped out, handed off the keys to the service writer, and I was on my way. 40 minutes home again. Thanks for the free service. But it adds up to a little more than 3 hours of my day ------- I wish there were more FIAT studios around. My wife still likes the car but I just can't deal with the drive to the limited locations. And I can't work on the little bugger myself; my hands are too big to fit in the tiny gaps to remove the oil filter....

Eric, We received your letter of apology regarding your oil change visit. We do realize that you were very frustrated that our Service Manager was late that day. He was mixed up on his schedule which I'm not sure that he mentioned. The length of the oil change is outside of the required time, I agree. It should have been easily accomplished in a 1 hour time frame. We are in the midst of getting things changed around at the dealership, and managing the new addition of our other brands; Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram. It is chaos, we realize that and are dealing with a lot of growing pains. What can we do to turn your dissatisfaction and bad review into a 5 star review? Brian, Thank you for your response. As I mentioned, our buying experience - and prior service appointments - were phenomenal at Landmark, so this less than par experience really disappointed me. Our other car is a BMW, and we judge other dealerships, including yours, against Global and Nalley BMW (both of which are always grea). I do understand and appreciate that Landmark is experiencing 'growing pains,' and I am willing to forget the 'chaos.' Indeed, I responded in less than par way and was frustrated, which also was not good. For my frustration and jerkiness, I sincerely apologize. Because of your nice response, I will remove my bad review and gladly give y'all a second chance. Please pass along this info to the service manager as he has always been great in the past. Sir, Can we please reach out and get the other two issues that are outstanding resolved? We will even come pick up the vehicle and drop off a loaner to make it even more convenient to you. The store is in a little bit of chaos at the moment. Chrysler pushed us to add another Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram point at this location and we will hopefully be moving the Fiat store to a separate location close by.
