I was shopping around at many dealerships and I could not get the deal or the customer service I wanted. Until, I went to "Land Mark Fiat of Atlanta". I was thankful to meet such a great car sales lady name get the deal or the customer service I wanted. Until, I went to "Land Mark Fiat of Atlanta". I was thankful to meet such a great car sales lady named, Susan Cokley. I told her I didn't want to put any money down, wanted a low car note, extended warranty, and she said, " We will make it happen!". Susan worked very hard to make sure things could happen. It did happen and I got a car from their pre-owned lot and I love it! It's a Nissan Sentra 2010 with only 33,000miles , 100,000 extended warranty and the tinted windows I asked for! I went to some other dealerships and I did not get this type of treatment. I am very blessed to have found "Land Mark Fiat of Atlanta". I would recommend anyone to check this dealership out and give Susan a call! She and the finance manager Derrick will work together as a team to get the payment and the car that will put a smile on your face because of the great deal you will get with them! I purchased my Fiat in October after a horrific car accident. Distraught over the accident and having to purchase a new car, I was blessed to meet a great sales person, Susan Coakley. Susan made the process really easy and worked with me to find the best car (Fiat) to meet my needs and price range. She did not pull the typical sales tricks and jargons to get a quick sale. Instead she really listened to my car needs and worked to match me with the FIAT model that suited my needs. She did a good job pointing out all of the features of the car including safety components. She was very patient as I waited to get my insurance claims settled, which took about two weeks. After the two week wait, she worked with me to ensure I got the FIAT I initially picked and worked with me through the entire purchasing process. She even came in on her day off to meet my scheduling needs. After two months of driving my new FIAT, I am very happy with my purchase and thank Susan for helping me with this big purchase decision. More

Typical good guy saleperson, bad guy sales manager game. Ridiculously low trade in offer and regret I did not leave. Assumed mats were there as I observed mats( front only I later learned) in trunk. Regret not checking closer. Called salesperson soon after leaving who asked when I could drive back up to check on key situation. Left message several days ago and no call back. After purchase, another salesman just had to "congratulate " me. For what? More debt? The sales process and old school games that took forever? Also wasted time with finance . Told them what rate I could get and they came back with higher rate and acted offended I did not let them finance.Finally tried to offer similar rate but was still higher. Finance guy stated, "well I spent alot of time on this". Oh well, it took me all day to get out of the dealership. Wasted about 6.5 hours in there and drove from out of town. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More
