If you are not financing or trading you can expect to pay much more. Making an offer is complicated by the need to make a “formal offer”, document and put earnest money up (you need cash). It’s absolutely ridiculous. What's worse, the sales manager hides in a back room vs coming out and talking to the customer. More
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP was great. People were friendly. I had to tow my truck here to receive diagnosis of problem. They read code and really did nothing else and charged me $180 bucks. Disappointed with mechanic tech an bare minimum approach. Contact named Jamie was great, friendly and excellent however she does not handle the mechanic part. Wish they would have worked with me on bill due to lack of service. Other than that, nice people. I recently visited Landmark Dodge with high expectations, hoping for a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in, I felt that the customer service was lacking. The most troubling part of my visit was the interaction with the manager, Karl Petersen. His behavior was unprofessional and rude, which added to the overall negative experience. Rather than addressing my concerns with courtesy and respect, he was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel undervalued as a customer. I believe that customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and based on my experience, Landmark Dodge falls short in this area. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and professionalism. I cannot recommend Landmark Dodge to others based on my experience. I would advise potential customers to seek other dealerships where their business might be more appreciated and their concerns addressed respectfully. More

To say the least I was not impressed with the dealership in itself nor the people in it other than Derek and Tucker from used cars. Derek and Tucker were both very friendly from the start. Tucker made sure in itself nor the people in it other than Derek and Tucker from used cars. Derek and Tucker were both very friendly from the start. Tucker made sure to communicate everything he knew about the vehicle along with doing everything he could to get me in touch with someone to get it fixed. I came to the building 45 minutes from me just for the person who I was supposed to speak with not to be there. As I was waiting Derek saw me waiting remembered me from two weeks prior, asked what I was there for and told me he’d get everything taken care of and to take my truck up to there shop. All around I would buy a vehicle from either of them again and have recommended them both to multiple people. More
I have been a loyal customer for ten year, having purchased my Ram from Landmark in 2014. In October I needed the EPS replaced. They also replaced one of the front wheel bearings. Two weeks after purchased my Ram from Landmark in 2014. In October I needed the EPS replaced. They also replaced one of the front wheel bearings. Two weeks after I picked the truck up and was driving it to work on the highway, the wheel hub bolts had backed out and were grinding against the knuckle. I called the service department and was told that I could not prove that the newly replaced wheel bearing issue was their fault. I was stuck in Olathe and had to pay for another dealership to actually fix the wheel bearing and for a rental car. Once I had the truck back, I went to Landmark and spoke with Mike Jones in person, who made copies of my invoices from the other dealership and promised me a check. That was in November and after texting him for updates each month, he has stopped responding to me. I have called and left messages that have also been ignored. I am a supervisor and am very familiar with how check requests work. They typically do not take four months! I just want my money back for work that was not completed and could have caused more damage to my vehicle or MUCH WORSE. More
Doug Fletcher is a lying, sensitive and petty manager. That can’t do his job over reviews. The owner Doug Fletcher is unprofessional. He is unable to provide paperwork of invoices and receipts he promised due to his ego. Your ego should never get in between professionalism. As an owner you should be able to do you job no matter what people said in a review good or bad. I truly believe if the customer was an older man and not a 20 year old she probably wouldn't be having to put up with a grown man's attitude over reviews. Failing to provide paperwork to prove a car has been worked on is crazy but what's even more crazy is you care about what someone said about you rather than fixing the problem. Lying about paperwork. Not prioritizing customers or service over a hurt ego about reviews. Unprofessional outside the building and over the phone. It comes across almost as if the owner is intimated and doesn't want to give clear answers. Not sure why exactly but has the time to respond to reviews but not email paperwork. You'd be better off fixing your own than dealing with the owner and getting an issue solved. And I hope you read it and I hope you know that your wrong. Just because your an owner doesn't give you the right to withhold information regarding a customers car that you insisted on providing. More
