I actually read the reviews for the service center before I took my car there again. They are all spot on! The first time waiting a full day for a small repair might have been a fluke but an even worse exper I took my car there again. They are all spot on! As the others have posted they act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money or doing warranty work. No service adviser knows what the others are doing, they all talk to you like you are a moron, making you wait is common place, no one cares. Glenn appears to be the senior adviser or manager, this is the kind of guy I want to punch in the face when he talks. Overpriced of course it is a dealership but that is where you must go at times for warranty work and recalls. I can not complain about the repairs done, there has been no evidence yet of poor quality. More

We drove 190 miles to see this dealership and a Wrangler we had seen on the web. We were received enthusiastically by Tom O'Brien, who proceeded to show us not only the Jeep we were interested in, but a wh we had seen on the web. We were received enthusiastically by Tom O'Brien, who proceeded to show us not only the Jeep we were interested in, but a whole list of comparable Jeeps. He was very attentive and informative, but did not pressure us in any way. In fact he encouraged us to take our time and said more than once that he was there to "work for us". He worked with us on the price to get it down where we could feel good about it. Tom is exactly the kind of salesperson we like to deal with. He is real and trustworthy. Others at Landmark were good as well. Chad helped us choose some after market accessories. I thought that was a very clever and a welcome service for a dealership to have. Bill in finance was also a person who answered a lot of questions and made us feel very comfortable as we signed a big check. More than one Landmark employee greeted us even though we didn't work with them or know them in any way. We were congratulated by more than one after we bought our Wrangler. We'll definitely check out Landmark for any future purchases, and tell our friends. More
This dealership is very sketchy. After some confusion regarding the contract, which I think I have figured out now, I now find out I owe an additional $4000 because they never charged me sales tax. I'm in Kansas and I bought the car in Missouri and they failed to mention this important fact. Not only do I have a car payment which is more than I want, but livable, I owe the state of Kansas $4000.... I'm pissed. Be very weary of advertisements you see on the internet because they have a great way of inflating that price once you get in the door. To be honest? I wouldn't walk in the door. More
When I bought the car, everything went smooth and I was very satisfied. After like two weeks my transmission went out. I was told when I bought the car that it had power train warranty. After my transmission went out I called Chevrolet and they told me that in fact I did not have the powertrain warranty. I took the car back to Landmark and they took care of me. They gave me a car to use while mine was being fixed at no cost to me. This was greatly appreciated and I highly recommend taking your business to Landmark! More

We had a great experience getting into the vehicle we wanted the day of the sale. Had a not so good experience getting the car legal when the title showed up the day before the 30 day tag expired. Didn't wanted the day of the sale. Had a not so good experience getting the car legal when the title showed up the day before the 30 day tag expired. Didn't leave us any room to get tags in our schedule. Also the inspection had expired two days before we got the title. Did not find that out till we got to the DMV. Got the run around from business man about the title being late due to new employee change in titles. Not my problem & he shouldn't be making excuses. I hope to maintain a good relationship with dealership for further business in the future. Overall salesman did awesome to get us in our vehicle. More
It took 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. I was treated with disrespect and down right rude. The service performed is still not right but I give up and will have to go somewhere else. At one point an employee on the phone asked if we could just dynamite my vehicle. Sorry, I don't know who said this. I was told several time that my jeep was ready only to get there and be informed it was not ready after all. I have a cell phone. If you know I'm on the way to pick it up my vehicle, you could give me a call back. I'm sure no one cares that I hope to never have to come back, but after being a loyal customer for 20+ years it's a real sad way to end. I will never even consider buying a car from either of your Landmark locations. More
This was my first ever new car purchase. I checked internet prices on local dealerships, and I was able to find what I wanted in my price range at Landmark Dodge. I sent an online inquiry and got a very quick response from my salesman, Jody E. Hendrick. He was very thorough at going over the features of the car, even engine features that I didn't know about. We test drove the vehicle I had initially considered, and he continued to explain features and answer any questions I had. The first model we drove did not have cruise control, which is a feature I want. He took me back to the lot, and we discussed other models, such as the Avenger, and he also found some other models of the car I was wanting, a Dart, with the features I wanted, and we test drove it as well. Throughout the process, Jody was very professional, very personable, and responsive to all questions I had about the car itself, and the buying process. I never felt pressured, and I never felt like I was not getting full information I needed to make my decision. Being a single woman, I especially appreciated this. The dealership was clean, well-staffed, and everyone I came into contact with was friendly and professional. I know I will be driving my new Dart for a long time - but I will refer friends and family to this dealership without hesitation, and I will have all of my routine maintenance done here. More
We went to look at vehicles with no intention to commit to a purchase. The sales staff, especially Chad the manager made our visit very pleasant, he knew when to step in and help out his staff. The staff were not pushy on selling us things we did not need, when we said no they respected our wishes, they worked well with us to find what we wanted at a price we could manage.
