He also made us very knowledgeable about the new features and the safety features are amazing and every employee I passed greeted me all had smiles it seemed like a really laid back environment we enjoyed our experience and every other person seemed to be happy they were very efficient as well I will definitely go there if I ever decide to trade my beautiful truck in and I'm sending my brother up there tomorrow to get a vehicle More
I love my car! (Ask for JORDAN) I went there to see a used car I found on cars.com. I knew nothing about this car, but general reviews online were very good. My experience at other dealers had been VERY unpleasant because they stand around like vultures and are so pushy. I think it was made worse at that time because I really didn't even know what make/model I was looking for. Anyway, the salesman who helped me was Jordan and I highly recommend him. (If you don't request a certain salesman you get whoever happens to see you first.). Jordan was very patient, NOT pushy (that was why I walked away from other dealerships), and worked his butt off to make everything go smoothly. I was buying an older car and one of the things that impressed me most was that I was treated like I was buying an expensive new car. This was the case with EVERY employee I dealt with. And they didn't hesitate to let me take it to my mechanic (almost 30 miles away!) before purchasing. Jody in the business office was also great to work with. I'm really glad I went there and I love my car! Thank you Jordan and the rest of the staff at Landmark for making this a much more pleasant experience than I'd had at previous dealerships! The finance guy, Grant, got me into a loan that has a better interest rate than any other place that I've tried. I left feeling like family. Overall a good buying experience Went and bought a 2014 Dodge Charger and the purchase went smoothly and the price was cheaper then all we looked at. Our salesman, Jake was polite and helpful throughout our purchase. A couple days after buying our car we had some issues but they we're takin care of quickly and done correctly. We were given a loaner car each time and the issues were corrected quickly. I would like to a special thank you to Doug Fletcher, Andy (don't know his last name, and the service department. They all listened to our problems, didn't talk down to us, and made us feel like we mattered...that is all we wanted. They all went above and beyond I think. I would recommend Landmark to anybody looking to buy a car!! More

Parts department is the worst I have seen. Went there to order bolt to attach bumper pointed it out in the diagram for them said that what I need. I go home try it and don't even fit in the whole of the bumper oh and was not long enough. also ordered a hood latch and it was missing a grommet for rod to open hood. Returned a parted and they charged me again not credit my card. What a joke don't know what they are doing short staffed also. More

I will never go back, and I will certainly make sure my experience is shared with anyone willing to listen. The car I got wasn't even clean, nor was it ever sent through their service department. I found half eaten food in a cubby, stow and go seats were broken, the oil change was well past due, and of course they gave it to me with barely enough gas to make it to the gas station (after actually going to a gas station). I've never left a dealership so disappointed after actually purchasing a car. Their service department was a joke, and I was continually lied to by everyone, including the FSM on the used car side. It is obvious that this dealership has no pride, no class, and no sense of customer service. More

Chris gave us all the information we needed plus added tips that might be helpful to us. We test drove both vehicles and decided to buy. He walked us through the paperwork, got us to Martin who advised us of additional features we could add and then went to Jody for the financial portion. All three men knew what they were talking about and made the process informative but not boring. They got us the keys to our new Jeep in less than 3 hours from the time we walked on the lot! We love our new Jeep Patriot! More
