I just received a letter from your dealership asking me to consider them buying the lemon BMW I bought from them over a year ago. I have since sold it and got barely anything for it. The whole dealership reeked of insincere dealers with the exception of my salesman. Loved him. The mgmt was another story. Couldn’t get in touch with him for anything: “He doesn’t have an email ma’am.” Another time they would not put me through to leave a voicemail. I had wanted to leave a review back then but basically let it go - until I got this letter. The main thing I wanted to do is upload pictures of the car they gave me as a loaner. Absolutely unbelievable. Garbage everywhere inside. Dirt and garbage in the cup holders. Words cannot do it justice. I’m going to try and post some of them to let potential customers see! He - mgr., did not follow through on things he said he’d fix. Spoke with a dearlship who told me there was no such thing as to a cosmetic “piece.” Lie. More
