I called Thursday and talked to the GM xxxx head Doug (Stephen Fletcher) I said I'm 3 hours away and want to do a deal over the phone and just come in to do paperwork. He said no problem. Made a deal and I clarified no other xx fees or anything? He said no we just want to check out your trade to make sure we're good. I sent in a credit app (I have great credit) After a couple of days of not hearing back and leaving a few messages with the finance guy, I texted the sales guy and said hey I need the finance numbers and I need a copy of the purchase agreement. I never got either. I drive 3 hours to get there like we discussed. xxxx head doug looks at my trade says we're good....puts a piece of paper down written with sharpie that's 4k more for his truck. I say xxx. He says he fat fingered the numbers and he can't get to what we agreed to even though my trade was just fine. I had some words with him and was leaving. I decided to make a YouTube video for my channel while I was walking back to the car. xxxx head Doug says on camera I'm going to leave a bad review on you. Do it Doug! You lie to me on the phone knowing you aren't going to do the deal. If you do leave a bad review for me on my work site for you screwing me, I'll sue the xxxx out of Landmark and you personally for slander. They've already been sued in 2022. It should have been an easy deal but this piece of xxxx GM is the slimy car salesman you hear about. Video will be on YouTube tomorrow! This was, BY FAR, the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I'm an easy going guy that tries to keep an open mind about circumstances...but good lord. Places like this are why people have bad views o ever had. I'm an easy going guy that tries to keep an open mind about circumstances...but good lord. Places like this are why people have bad views on used car sales. How long should it take to buy a vehicle? 2.5 hours? How about 2.5 days? Well guess what...mine took 2.5 WEEKS!!! Had I known they screwed up the deposit process and DIDN'T actually collect the deposit...I would have told them to kick rocks. It took them 2.5 weeks (actually just over 2.5 weeks) to get the paperwork done and ready for signatures. And big surprise...I'm now driving my vehicle on an expired 30 day tag because they screwed that up as well. Can't get anyone to call me back because apparently they are all off work or out of the office. On another note...we recently bought my wife a car from Carvana and it was AMAZING! Quick, painless and completely worry free. Can you see where I'm going with this? Avoid Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and go to Carvana...or ANYWHERE ELSE! More

Our family recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee from Gavin. He did such a great job for us. It’s absolutely ridiculous. What's worse, the sales manager hides in a back room vs coming out and talking to the customer. More

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP was great. People were friendly. I had to tow my truck here to receive diagnosis of problem. Contact named Jamie was great, friendly and excellent however she does not handle the mechanic part. Wish they would have worked with me on bill due to lack of service. Other than that, nice people. I recently visited Landmark Dodge with high expectations, hoping for a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in, I felt t hoping for a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in, I felt that the customer service was lacking. The most troubling part of my visit was the interaction with the manager, Karl Petersen. His behavior was unprofessional and rude, which added to the overall negative experience. Rather than addressing my concerns with courtesy and respect, he was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel undervalued as a customer. I believe that customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and based on my experience, Landmark Dodge falls short in this area. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and professionalism. I cannot recommend Landmark Dodge to others based on my experience. I would advise potential customers to seek other dealerships where their business might be more appreciated and their concerns addressed respectfully. More
