Great staff and dealership. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox off the internet. SHAWN NICHOLS worked with me from the first phone call until I drove away from the dealership with my new vehicle. Everything he told me on the phone was exactly what I seen when I got there. When I arrived at the dealership Shawn was standing at the door waiting on me, he had all paperwork completed awaiting my signature. It was the most painless transaction I have ever encountered when buying a vehicle. I drove from Ellijay, Ga. to Ft Payne Al. to get this vehicle and Shawn told me you will not be disappointed, and I WAS NOT. Thank you Shawn for all your help and giving me the best deal on my vehicle. I will defiantly be back when I am looking to purchase another vehicle. More

Sales and finance staff are excellent. The General Manager Tim is not. Bought a vehicle ( my third from here to be exact) and the transmission started slipping in less than 2 hours. Tim would not do anything to even try to make it right. Did not even offer to have a tech check it out. In fact, the only thing he did offer was to sell me my trade in back for $10,000 more than he allowed me only 24 hours earlier. Myself nor anyone I'm associated with will ever buy anything from Landers McLarty again! 0 stars do not recommend. More
