Four trips to repair simple items in the first few weeks! We bought our 2017 Chevy Cruze LT Hatchback a few weeks ago, and have already been back going on four times for simple repairs. As it is, the buying We bought our 2017 Chevy Cruze LT Hatchback a few weeks ago, and have already been back going on four times for simple repairs. As it is, the buying experience was less than stress-free, as they refused to provide a second key fob (yes, the car was bought used...but we bought a used 2016 van from a different Chevy dealership a few towns over six months ago and they went out of their way to provide a second fob and volunteered to pay to have it programmed). I asked to have one of the tires swapped so all four would match. When I brought the car home from the first service trip, the service indicator came on showing a tire pressure fault. They never bothered to check to make sure the TPMS was installed/working. So, back to the dealership (and more lost time from work). I also indicated that the front headlight was not working properly. At the second repair trip, they fixed the tire but could not fix the light. I was told they'd have to order it, and would notify me "in a few days" of when it would be ready. A week later, no call. I called them and discovered that, why yes, the light was in. So, trip number three (more lost work time) to have the light fixed. Go back to pick it up and driving it back to work, notice that the light has NOT been repaired. Now I get to schedule a fourth trip to have basic electrical work done. I'm to the point that if a relatively new car (with only 26,000 miles) has this many small issues so early on, and the dealership is not competent enough to fix minor issues, what can I expect three or four years down the road? I'd almost rather just return the car and start over with a different vehicle and dealership. Ms. Hodges has been just about the only bright spot in her attempts to make sure I'm still mobile while I make my repeated returns to the dealership for repairs. More
Worse sales experience ever. Very dishonest sales staff Went into the dealership ready to purchase a truck. I had researched on line and found the truck I wanted on their website. I printed off the info along with the online price. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a young salesman. This person seem to be new and did not know very much about the vehicle. I handed him the print out showing the truck I was interested in. with the listed price of $31,812. It took a while to find the truck. When he brought the truck out he also handed me back a part of the print out that I gave him and stated that he could not sell the truck for the listed price online that I printed out. He had apparently already talked to a manager because he had a different price of $36,900 written on part of the print out that I gave him. To top that they told me that they lost the print out from their website that I brought in showing the lower price. (Good thing that I had 2 copies of the print out showing the lower price.) This is even before I test drove the truck or talked about pricing. They did offer a test drive which I took but when we got back and went inside I was introduced to the Manager of the Internet. They went on line to show me where the pricing was higher then what I printed out. They then told me that they had 2 web sites, their personal website and GM's website. So it appears that they changed the pricing while I was on the test drive. Talk about dishonest sales tactics. I would have rather had them just tell me there was a pricing error instead of telling me I was wrong even though I had the print out from their website to prove it. This seems to be the typical bait and switch that I have heard about. More

Staff did swiftly and apologetically remedy everything by supplying a loaner vehicle and correcting flaw with service as fast as was possible. Will recommend to friends and family.
