Just tell the truth.. I came into Landers Mclarty with an issue on my 2016 Camaro and was told twice on the phone that I was under warranty only to arrive at the dealership I came into Landers Mclarty with an issue on my 2016 Camaro and was told twice on the phone that I was under warranty only to arrive at the dealership and be told that I wasn’t. Prior to that I was told by service to give them all 10s and they’d take care of my next oil change to come in and for them to act totally clueless. Last week I began to look at replacing my car with a newer vehicle to which I’m yet to have picked up. I was told by two members of management and a salesmen daily that it would ANY moment I’ve had to come to the dealership 9 times and soon to be a tenth to pick up this vehicle. My gripe is that in EVERY instance Landers could’ve just been honest upfront and they weren’t nor were they respectful of the time wasted. And for that I won’t shop this dealership again! More

My experience My day started started by taking my 2017 to get the AC checked. After waiting for my truck for 3 1/2 hours, the service advisor returned the truck an My day started started by taking my 2017 to get the AC checked. After waiting for my truck for 3 1/2 hours, the service advisor returned the truck and told me the truck was fixed. Unbeknown to him, the technician had called my wife and told her the truck couldn’t be fixed because a part needed to ordered. I asked the advisor one more time if he was sure if the the truck was fixed, he replied, yes. When I confronted him with what the technician had told my wife, he frazzled and told me that he needed to talk to the technician and to wait at the lobby for approximately 30 minutes. While I was waiting for the advisor to get me answer, I talked to Daphnne (Amazing sales person) and we were able to make a deal for a new truck. Daphnne saved the my day!!! So! The service department or at least my service advisor is terrible, but their sales department (Daphnne) is awesome. This is my 6th vehicle me and my family have purchased from Daphnne. As far as service is concerned, I will find another dealer to have my vehicle worked on. More
