The technician refused to rotate the truck tires when I asked them not to use an impact to put the tires back on and to torque them to Ford specs. The last time they used an impact they put the lugs on so asked them not to use an impact to put the tires back on and to torque them to Ford specs. The last time they used an impact they put the lugs on so tight that when I got a nail in a tire while out of town, the only shop that was open could not get the tire off with their impact and broke a 4-way lug wrench with a cheater bar. He made up a story that he could not do the rotation because I had spacers on the truck. The truck has factory rims with all terrain tires that are one size above what came on it, no spacers. He just did not want to take the time to do the job right. When paying the invoice and getting the explanation of why they did not rotate the tires, I asked him the remove the cost of the rotation, the response was that they could only take $1.00 off the cost of the service.....Not a good day, I had to take the truck to Discount tire to get the tires rotated. They did it with no problem and got me on my way. More
