The most common routine service, Oil/filter change and tire rotations are the reason I return regularly. Landers is no more expensive than third party shops and service time for 'customer wait' is usually within an hour for oil changes. Service writer Alan Dajabieh is great guy to work with, he is the reason I go to the general service lane vs 'quick service' .. nothing against the QS lane folks, just that Alan is the service writer that I have trusted for several years. Avoid Landers I made an appointment on line to have a oil change done on a Saturday and received an e-mail confirmation. When my husband arrived for the scheduled I made an appointment on line to have a oil change done on a Saturday and received an e-mail confirmation. When my husband arrived for the scheduled appointment, he was told that they do not accept Saturday appointments but IT hadn't fixed the system to not allow people to schedule appointments. He was told that he could wait but it would be at least 2 hours since there were 5 people before him. He took the car down the road to Jiffy Lube and was done in 30 minutes. No one tried to call or e-mail before the appointment to let us know it would not be honored. I e-mailed the service manager Robert Johnson about the situation and have heard nothing in response. Clearly customer service at this dealership is not important. Do not come to this place; you will be disappointed. More

SERVICE IS POOR WORST SERVICE. Service Manager is arrogant and has a don't give a crap attitude. You have to call them to find out about your vehicle.. 4 truck ba WORST SERVICE. Service Manager is arrogant and has a don't give a crap attitude. You have to call them to find out about your vehicle.. 4 truck batteries for the same vehicle in 3 years and despite having a FORD 3 year warranty, still had to pay for the batteries. This is not an isolated instance. We have tried them many times on various Ford vehicles we own(ed) over a 9 year period in the sheer hope of improvement.. Keeps getting worse. Please avoid this place and their service personnel. More
