They are very good at checking my trucks for unseen or problems that I may be unaware of and then bringing to my attention what they have discovered. Just can't get it right ! I have had my 2011 F-150 in and out of Landers service department numerous times over the last couple of months to have warranty work completed and to I have had my 2011 F-150 in and out of Landers service department numerous times over the last couple of months to have warranty work completed and to have an unexpected leak around my rear cab brake light fixed. Each time I get my vehicle back there have been additional issues with my truck. They still have not fixed the radio problem with it fading in and out from side to side, the headliner over my rear window is pulled away from the trim and dirty. The plastic frame work around the passenger side of my radio & air system is pulled away from the dash and my handle/clasp to my center console is broken. Every time I take it in to get something fixed, something else is broken when I get it back. I have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and never had any issues when service was done or a problem arose. After reviewing numerous posts from other consumers it appears there is a terrible issue with getting vehicles serviced and it being done right. Hope they get it figured soon............. More
