I have left my contact information with each message left since I picked up my INCOMPLETELY SERVICED vehicle on July 3 from him! Robert Johnson promised to call me the following week and has NEVER RESPONDED to a single message I've for left 2 weeks now. Avoid this business at all costs! I paid for incomplete repairs and a complete disregard of customer service. There is no accountability at Landers Ford. More

Recalls Took F150 in for 2 Recalls completed in a very timely manner. Had a problem with a door sill trim piece which was warped & loose. Had to order part fr Took F150 in for 2 Recalls completed in a very timely manner. Had a problem with a door sill trim piece which was warped & loose. Had to order part from Ford. This was not the dealers fault but it took about 5 weeks to get the part from Ford. Ford needs to somehow get there inventory in better shape. Have two F150's 2011 and 2015 that I have serviced at this dealership and they always take care of me and if there is any problem they fix it immediately. More
