Update: never got that call, but really did not expect it, or need it, but I was thankful for the response. Good luck and hope service department will work harder to help your customers and take serious when you done work on an auto and its not fixed to help the customer when they return to the dealership and are truned away because you are way to busy to fix your problem, but offer them another day to come back. Remember never treat the customers as if you are doing them a favor by working on there auto. Hope this helped. More

Had my truck worked on, got home and it had the same problem, when I took it back was told by the service person, that they were to busy to take a look at it, and I would have to bring it back, but he d problem, when I took it back was told by the service person, that they were to busy to take a look at it, and I would have to bring it back, but he did tell me that guarantee there work but not I'm sorry for your trouble, can we offer you a car to drive nothing. I know its not his fault, but customer service is out the window. The problem has to do with the key we can not get it out of the ignition. I spent two hours waiting to complete the repair. We were going to by a another car from them, but with this type of service people that is now out. I work for a living too, and hanging out at the dearlership for the car not to be fixed. I feel bad for the sales people, they will lose business with this type of service. More
