I used to have excellent service and experience at dealership. My last two appointments were extremely frustrating and disappointing. Both times I had to call several times for service updates. My last appointment, they had my car for two days and when I was leaving my advisor informed me they forgot to change my filters and needed to come back for another appointment. I have been with Range River over 20 years. I have seen many changes. This is the worst I have experienced. I am only glad to have Victor Avalos still there. The phone system is horrible. I had to go to the dealership to get information about my car. I could not get through on the phone. To the new management: you can do better. Customer service is non existent. Be grateful you still have Victor. He tries to keep his customers satisfied! More
Very easy to make an appointment. Service rep was on time and clearly explained the issue with car. He sent me a video with the explanation as well. Scott has been consistently excellent, as has Vic every time I’ve had a question. So no negative comments about the Service dept. I haven’t dealt with Sales Dept. other than trying to get a hold of Liam time I’ve had a question. So no negative comments about the Service dept. I haven’t dealt with Sales Dept. other than trying to get a hold of Liam, which apparently is impossible to do - several messages - and your coffee machine is ridiculous. More
