He gets the job done and I never feel like I'm being ripped off. I spent a lot of money on my car and the service is 10/10 . I've been a fields customer for 20 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at fields in Northfield! More
I recently came in to look @ a car I saw on line. The SUV was good and my salesman Joe was good. When they found out that I had a trade in ( GOD forbeite not me ) they wanted to appraise it. OK my 20 The SUV was good and my salesman Joe was good. When they found out that I had a trade in ( GOD forbeite not me ) they wanted to appraise it. OK my 2017 range was LOW ball and appraised under valve but in good condition. I felt the appraisal was not right. How am I still paying for a $50,000 vehicle that was appraised @ only $18,000. Do the math !!!! I smell a RAT, I think they appraised Me instead of my vehicle. More
An unexpected visit to Land Rover Northfield was an exceptional experience. From the time we walked on to the sales lot and then to the inside of the showroom to meet Dennis our salesman, we were impre exceptional experience. From the time we walked on to the sales lot and then to the inside of the showroom to meet Dennis our salesman, we were impressed. Dennis was dedicated and focused on us. We had so many questions to ask about the vehicles we were interested in. We felt no pressure and very comfortable with Dennis. We drove several vehicles and fell in love with a Black Range Rover Sport Autobiography. Absolutely stunning inside and out and a dream to drive. Dennis was so kind and patient with us describing the vehicle and its options and capabilities. We were so excited about this vehicle and did not want to miss the opportunity to purchase it that day. It was late and Dennis really hustled on our behalf. Dennis was extremely thoughtful and thorough in assisting us with our purchase. We had a fantastic experience at Fields and would absolutely recommend family and friends to Dennis at Northfield Land Rover. Our new vehicle is just beautiful and man is it fun to drive!! More

Man, what a horrible experience with the service department. It seems these folks are great when you're buying a car (see all the positive reviews!) but a mess when it comes to servicing them. And w department. It seems these folks are great when you're buying a car (see all the positive reviews!) but a mess when it comes to servicing them. And when buying a Jaguar, let's be honest--that's what counts. I bought a certified Jaguar (2 yrs old) a few months back, still well under factory warranty. Needless to say, the check engine light has since come on, also a new weird clicking sound, and also the parking sensors had stopped working. So I take the car into this dealership to fix it. [Facepalm] 1) I was told that to fix the parking sensors, despite the car being under factory warranty, I would need to pay $2,000. Um, what? "The parking system" isn't covered by the factory warranty? Cool, I just spent $55K on a car and now I'll drive it for the next X years without the parking assist. 2) They tell me to come in Saturday morning to do the work--but when I get there, the part still hadn't arrived. I'm told "well the parts don't come til 11:30 or 12:30 or so. So..........why send me first thing Saturday morning? Come on folks, get it together--you've literally cost me my day off. 3) Btw the "fix" failed, the car still makes the clicking sound. [Facepalm again.] These aren't Japanese cars folks, they break. And when your Jaguar breaks, save yourselves--you'll need to go someplace else to get em fixed. More
