I have had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Deep and Michael Hames regarding any sales or finance questions and Gabe in their service department has always done an excellent job in assisting me. When I visited the dealership a few weeks ago I wasn’t sure which model I wanted to buy so Matt took the time to show me all the styles and features of diffent vehicles, when it was time to discuss buying vs leasing that’s when Michael also sat down with me to review my options. DOA Customer Experience My wife and I were very excited to find the Jaguar I-Pace late last year and placed an order for customer designed Jaguar. We were told our car was in at the end of January and were very excited to pick our car up. Many times throughout the purchase process i asked the Salesman to make sure the car was charging as when i looked at the car it had 10 percent battery charge. Once i had signed for the car the salesman walked me to the car, handed me the keys and said good bye. NO training, no introduction to the dealership or service, not even a review of the options i had ordered. And the car still didn't have much charge. I drove home and immediately plugged the car in ... it wouldn't charge. The dealership had closed for the day to the next morning i called them and they picked up my brand new 90,000 dollar car. During the 3 weeks i wrote negative reviews to Jaguar, I called and explained the poor service to the Sales Manager, I spoke online with a person at the Dealership who promised to have the General Manger call me. No one ever followed up The gave me a nice landcover loaner... but it wasn't a 90,000 dollar land rover. The also made me sign a form saying i would pay 5 dollars per gallon for any fuel i didn't replace in the loaner - kinda funny when they had no problem giving me a car with 10% charge (fuel). I still have had no training on how to use a very complicated car, no one has contacted me to apologize for the experience and assure me that they will do better moving forward. I would not consider using this dealership. San Diego Land Rover, they also sell Jagaurs in San Diego, is a poor place to purchase a vehicle. PLEASE note that the service personnel including Gabriel did a fine job fixing the vehicle and keeping me informed about the 3 week repair. But the car did come back dirty and there still was no training when i went to pick up the car or since. More

I have leased four RRs over the years and this new one is clearly the best. It arrived early and was exactly the way I had designed and envisioned it. If you want to consider a new RR, call Will foster at San Diego RR. He is really a lot better than others. More

The GM David is unresponsive and doesn’t care about the quality of service the dealership has. I had to sign finance papers three times because of mistakes. Countless hours wasted and Land Rover San Diego should be ashamed of themselves. I hope to never set foot in that dealership again. I will travel to Carlsbad to avoid this dealership. More

Paul Coy's top of the line service. I walked into Land Rover of San Diego with the intent to look at some cars. One of the sales reps Paul Coy came up to me right away to see how he could help. I told him that I am just looking. Most sales people tend to move on after they hear "just looking." Paul on the other hand walked me around the lot and educated me on the different features of each car. After spending some time with Paul, I quickly realized his ethics, knowledge on the cars and ability to connect with individuals was above most! I highly recommend asking for Paul when looking to buy a vehicle. More
