I have been a client of Land Rover (and this location specifically - which has moved slightly…) for over 30 years and I keep coming back because of the service advisors and their care and help with my ve specifically - which has moved slightly…) for over 30 years and I keep coming back because of the service advisors and their care and help with my vehicles. They go above and beyond with their customer care! They let me know what is wrong with my car, they clearly explain to me what needs to be done to fix it, always provide me an estimate so there are no surprises, and get my car back clean in a timely manner. If there is some sort of set back they contact me and advise me of a time frame and additional work that may need to done because of unforeseen circumstances along with and updated estimate. Gabriel has been my Servie Advisor for the past serval years and I cannot say enough about how impressed I am in all of the afore mentioned areas of providing excellent service! This past experience showed me his true honorable character - he, and Holman Land Rover stood behind the extended warranty I purchased through them with my vehicle and went to bat for me to get the work needed covered. I will continue to be a client and am grateful that Holman has associates like Gabriel working with them, thank you!! More
Dishonest experience. We purchased a cpo range a few days ago and the buying experience was amazing and then hours later we have a flat and bring it in and the entire rim We purchased a cpo range a few days ago and the buying experience was amazing and then hours later we have a flat and bring it in and the entire rim was cracked and damaged as if there was a high impact or high speed hit. When telling Ernesto and Alan the sales person they accused us of damaging it ourselves. It was such an insult- we only had the car a couple of hours, havent even driven on the freeway yet only a few miles (less than 10) - obviously we need a new rim and they take NO responsibility for it-i'd like to know where we are high speed chasing with a 3 year old. They tell you whatever to buy the car and then when you need someone to be honest and act with integrity they show you who they really are- beyond disappointing --never purchase from them More

Hi Ernesto, I'm not happy with the service I am receiving from your dealership post my vehicle purchase. After calling multiple times for past at 5 days and leaving multiple voicemails and multiple email from your dealership post my vehicle purchase. After calling multiple times for past at 5 days and leaving multiple voicemails and multiple emails for you, Michael and Ryan. I have not received a call back till today. I do not know who else and how else to ask for help. I have found multiple issues with the brand new luxury vehicle Range Rover SV that I bought from your dealership. Whenever I ask anything or communicate about the issue, I'm told that I need to take it to the nearest dealership for repair they will take care of any issues. I bought the vehicle to drive and enjoy the ride, not to leave in the repair shop for months and wait for the parts to arrive. (1) I was sold the vehicle with bad sunroof cloth. Can not open sunroof/moon roof. (2)The passenger side door is getting stuck at the hinges and meeting loud noise ever time we open it. (3) Driver side pull out doorstep doesn't always pull out when opening the door. (4) The car doesn't unlock on it's own with both keys in the pocket and touching the door. It doesn't unlock even after pressing the door unlock/lock button. I have to pull the keys out and press unlock to open the car and drive. The settings are set correctly as it works randomly not every time as it's supposed to. It's only 5 days of driving and I got all these issues. I left the car in my garage and I feel like I got a lemon vehicle from Land Rover SD, who knew about the hidden issues and that's why I'm being ignored for all my requests. I didn't hassle much about the price for a $300k vehicle. This is the worst dealership ever to deal with. The Land Rover USA needs to get involved with this dealership for their returned of customers post purchase. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

My vehicle was dropped off on a Tuesday but the work wasn't started until the following Wednesday. What's the point of an appointment when it takes more than a week to service the vehicle? It typically wasn't started until the following Wednesday. What's the point of an appointment when it takes more than a week to service the vehicle? It typically requires 2 months' notice to schedule service if a loaner vehicle is required, which is not always possible. Maybe this process would be faster and easier if appointments were met and people weren't driving loaner vehicles for a week when their own vehicles are just sitting on the lot? I'd give them a pass if this was an isolated incident but this is not the first negative experience I've had with this service department. On a previous visit, I dropped off my vehicle for a recall service, which was required before I could renew my vehicles registration. At the time I made the appointment I was told the service would take half a day and they would provide a rideshare back home. When I dropped off the vehicle they told me it would take a few days. I informed them I couldn't be without the vehicle that long and I was told it should only take half a day when I made the appointment. After some back and forth I was told they could have it completed in 90 minutes if I could wait for the vehicle. So if they don't have to spend $20 on a rideshare they could complete the work in the originally quoted time but if I needed to get home/work it would be 3 days? JLR is the least efficient service department I've worked with in the past 25 years. More
