I had called several other dealerships and had my car worked on by a shop that spec in the service department delivered exceptional customer service. I had called several other dealerships and had my car worked on by a shop that specializes in European built cars. None of them could or would help me. One conversation with Dana, and I drove to the Land Rover Hilton Head dealership. My car was repaired, and I was able to pick it up the same week. If not for Dana, my car would still be unrepaired. She listened to me, and actively worked to find a solution. She accomplished what many others had failed to do. I am so thankful for her and for the service department. I took my Defender 90 in for its first service, although, due to time lapse, a second 16,000 mile service was performed at 3,950 miles or thereabouts.
