Dealership is very good and very much reputable place for car or any other automotive buying. I understood the sales people should be trained properly how to sell and satisfy their customer. Also service managers are good and my understanding is service technicians are not qualified. I had to bring my car 4 times to get to resolve the issue. Overall good place because no one else selling certain brand automobiles in wester New York. More

Dishonest and unprofessional Terrible dealer. Sold me a 2010 Range Rover with a bad nose cone and timing chain. (Confirmed with Rochester LR). Refused to repair. I took the vehicl Terrible dealer. Agreed to buy back in March but did not apply for title till June. Took 6 months. These people do not treat customers by the golden rule as their voice mail claims. Beware and go the Rochester instead. Just so people understand how terrible these people are I was in town because a relative had cancer. Moved temporarily but I reside in Colorado. My car was totaled by another driver at Christmas which is why I was buying in New York. They knew I would be driving this car back to Colorado and hoped I wouldn't notice. All shops indicated there was no way they didn't know of this engine problem. There voice mail says they treat you by the golden rule. Not so much. They would have had no concern if I was to get stranded. I paid cash and notified them of the problem in less than 10 days. Had get an attorney involved to get my money back six months later. They had the car and my money. I will have to persue in small claims to get my attorney fees and minor repairs I performed on this vehicle. BEWARE. More

I made the deal over the phone due to not being a buffalo local, I drove in, sat down and 20 mins later was driving home in my new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and salesman were great. As for the vehicle it is everything they said it was and couldn't be happier, feel confident from buying from here! More
Service is much to be desired for with poor quality - example is taking car in for service of air conditioner and car returned back to consumer with hot air blowing out. It seems that it is difficult for example is taking car in for service of air conditioner and car returned back to consumer with hot air blowing out. It seems that it is difficult for them to turn the air conditioner on after the work is done to see if it works before it is given back to the owner. A week later, diagnostic test done which shows that it is not just a coolant problem but a leak in the system - "we placed dye in system and diagnosed a leak" - should have done it when you first had the car. Another example is servicing tire pressure lights and charging over 1200 dollars each time (twice) and when the car is driven 5 miles, the same problem recurs. Solution given, center control sensor fixed, need to fix sensors in each tire. Again, no one seems to drive vehicle before it is given back to customer to see if problem is fixed. should have checked individual tire sensors first before central sensor replaced. Another issue is car given to them to fix brakes and back brakes fixed and a month later, needs front brakes. Cannot evaluate truck and tell customer with 1st evaluation that 'we are going to fix back brakes, front ones may need service soon, do you want to take care of it same time" - it would be best to make recommendation and let customer decide if it he wants to get all 4 brakes taken cae of same visit as opposed to bringing car again 1 month later because front brakes need to be changed. Porsche part of the dealership and Porsche service is very good, however. Go figure. More
