First I own two Land Rovers so I and have an appreciate for how Land Rover Dealers are - probably the worst for service to begin with. With that being said, Land Rover Buffalo takes the cake. Purchase my RR Sport HSE 525 last year called for a basic oil change and was told it six weeks just for a basic oil change service. Even demanded to speak to the service manager who said the same thing - offered to get it if I left in a whole day with no loaner service or even a courtesey service. Let me get this straight - COVID happens and fewer loaners as a result. You move to a new building, no cars to sell, can't do a basic oil change for 6 weeks, you sell $100K+ cars with not even a courtesey service - if this is your premium luxury service then Buffalo Land Rover is your dealer. I would absolutely run from the dealership and if you are considering owning a Land Rover in the Buffalo market get used to this type of service. Good thing they have no new cars as they can't service the one they sold. Second issue - right after I purchased the car I had a nail in the tire which thankfully I purchased the tire hazard protection. They quickly processed the claim and installed the tire - problem is the tread does not match (same tire - perhaps a model revision). Poor attention to detail. More
