What started as a warm phone conversation with Wes McClelland ended with a follow up call and personalized thank you card from our salesperson Cory Fuller. Wes delivered a solid performance over the phone. Definitely didn't over promise or under deliver. He was informative, enthusiastic, and most importantly, he set the appointment. From the moment my wife and I arrived on the lot (unannounced) salesperson Cory Fuller was very friendly, attentive, and showed initiative to assist us from start to finish. By listening more than he spoke, Cory was able to quickly zero in on my family's needs and take us right to car we were looking for. The rest was streamlined. We negotiated a price we were happy with, and we were in and out in under three and a half hours. We were never pressured. Throughout the entire process both Cory and Wes were honest, professional, and proved to be OUTSTANDING representatives of the Honda brand. Excellent job guys! More
