Upon entering the sale showroom I was greeted by salesman Ron Shertzer who showed me around and walked me to the service department. The same sales person got to talking with me while I was waiting for my truck to be serviced He mentioned it was lunch time. He offered me to go with him to get lunch at a nearby sub shop. It was nice of him to go out of his way and offer me a ride for a nice needed lunch. Service finished my vehicle. Paid by shop bill and headed onward with a full belly and smile on my face. Called about getting headlights replaced. Service lady said it qorld be $151. I said $151 wow that's half of what someone else quoted. Let's schedule. Dropped truck off. Received text it was dine and at a price of $386 (not exact). Called same lady said what happened. She said she'only quoted' labor. I said no I said out the door you said yes. After a battle she said she could do it for 165. I said that's fair. Later got a call from the manager. As I was busy either work didn't really pay attention to him. He said something to the lines of I can take out the lights and it would be 189. I honestly thounf he meant take out the price of lights and I would be charged 189. I said that's still OK I spoke with the lady that quoted me and that's fine. Here to find out that 'manager l' was going to charge me 189 to take the lights out and put the old ones in. . I said no I was told 189 (or whatever it was) he gave me a bill for the 386. I said are you freaking serious? You want to take my lights out and still charge me for your screw up? xxxx it take them out and I'm not paying a dime because at that point you did not do any work. I also asked to speak to the Gm. That didn't happen and after all that the tech threw out the lights any how. So good for me. I do parts and service and that is bullcrap on what they do. I was warned and now I will never step foot in that crooked place again More
