We were pleased with Colleen, but I am still upset with LancCo and Subaru. Our car ate a wheel bearing under warranty (bought extended warranty) then decided to eat two at a later visit for service. It would've been nice if LancCo would not have charged for replacement of the one that had already been replaced, but no. This car has not been touched by anyone else. Headquarters in Cherry Hill immediately jumped on the mileage without noticing bearing had been replaced once. Between them they did the right thing after aggravating me, but I now wonder if I can trust the car. We are older and planned on seeing if this could be our last car. More

I went for an oil and tire rotation a couple of months ago. When I returned home, I noticed my tires were not rotated. When I went to pick it up, I discovered they ordered me an Outback wheel, not a Crosstrek that I need. They seemed confused, and I had to show them a picture of the wheels I needed; you would think they would be experts in their cars. These are the only two times I have been there, and both have been terrible experiences. More

Tried to rip me off. Only needed oil change, inspection, and emissions as well as a recall. Suggested service totaled over $1100 which included $60 for wiper blades, $140 Only needed oil change, inspection, and emissions as well as a recall. Suggested service totaled over $1100 which included $60 for wiper blades, $140 for new air filter & cabin filter, and over $600 for "routine maintenance." I declined everything I didn't ask for & let them fail my inspection. I'll be replacing my own wiper blades and finding a new garage. Individual employees were very kind, but their business model takes advantage of people who don't know what to ask which is very deceitful. More
