However, Chase restored my trust. He was straightforward, professional and extremely intelligent. He did not try to BS me, and answered all of questions very directly and correctly. He knew every car inside and out, including the BMW 335d I purchased from him. You could tell he took a great deal of pride in selling a great product for a great price, and making his customers happy. All paperwork and communications were rapid, accurate, and complete including transactions with both my loan company and my DMV (i just had to pick up my tags). He opened the dealership on Saturday to accommodate my out-of-state travel needs, picked my wife and I up at our hotel in the morning, and had a staff member on hand for final prep and detail that stayed with us all morning in case he missed anything. My car had been fully serviced by the local BMW dealer (paperwork included), and I was simply shocked when he pointed out, among many other positive actions, that he had the front bumper re-painted just to make sure it looked perfect (not to cover an accident). It is clear that Chase and Lamborghini Carolinas represent the very best of the business. More

When I drove in the day of purchase (I live 200 miles away) the vehicle was immaculate and just as described. The documentation was complete and the dealership was very respectful of my time. The process of picking up the car (this has been painful with other purchases at other dealers) could have been complete in 30 minutes, but they offered me such a good deal to purchase the vehicle I drove to pick up my purchase, (I had planned to sell this vehicle through consignment) that I sold it to them on the spot. That process too was a breeze. I would recommend Chase and this dealership to anyone who has discriminating taste for fine automobiles and wants a dealer that they can trust. More
