We recently bought a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI. The experience was not only painless, but easy. Chase was informative, incredibly helpful and fair. After requesting more information on the Audi on a weekend evening, I received a call soon afterwards from Chase, who answered all my questions. Negotiations were completed in record time and by Monday morning, we were on the road to Greensboro. Upon arrival, all the paperwork for purchase and financing were completed and we only had to drive the car and turn in our trade-in. We were back in Virginia by early afternoon with our new car, which we absolutely adore.
