The dealership responded promptly to the inquiry, and when I called in I was referred to Mike Wozniak. Mike answered all questions and was very patient and informative during the process. I had to delay the pick up date by a day, which the dealership accommodated with out issue. The Tour X was as described in the on line posting, and by Mike. Delivery went well, no high pressure for additional services just a through explanation of options. I would give high marks to both Mike and Lambert for their internet presence and follow up.
