I was there to have my current vehicle serviced while I waited for it to be done I went out and checked out what vehicles were out for sale. My experience was good. I didn’t buy the vehicle and decided to wait for a while and shop around. I’ve only purchased 1 vehicle from Lambert but have purchased over 20 vehicles from Ron Marhoffer. I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was told that my vehicle was 80 miles over my extended warantee and needed to pay for the tire pressure sensors. Marhoffer would have taken care of that knowing that I would buy more vehicles from them down the road. Poor customer service. I’ve now paid for 3 tire sensors that have gone bad. Not sure what I will do when I decide to buy next time. More

Will Spencer was the best car salesman I've worked with in quite a while. Our whole family leases, so we buy about every 3 years. I had left Lambert for a while as they just weren't competitive.
