I had shopped all the local and some national GMC Dealers before buying this car. First, I have to say the GMC sales staff were a cut above other car makers. But with John Marsillo, it was easy. I told him what I wanted with an out the door price, gave him the info on my trade-in, and he called me back with a price, which was better than everyone else. In fact, I gave two other salesman a chance to beat the price, and they could not do it. I'm very happy with the truck - so far it is better than I thought it would be! Chris Cooper spent much time with me going over the truck and explaining all its features (I was very appreciative as many of the electronics, 4 wheel drive, and towing package info I was unfamiliar with. I have also been to the parts department for an accessory purchased afterward, and found them to be friendly and very attentive. And I should add that Financing was very easy - I got a great rate and a bank that I could work with to pay it off early. Ironically, I purchased my GMC truck from Lambert in Cuyahoga Falls, where I was the principal for 3+ years. If your shopping for a car, I encourage you to visit Lambert, and see John Marsillo! I have remained very loyal to Mark Mundy because he is the consummate professional and has the best interest of his customers in mind. Mark Mundy at Lambert is the main reason for the rating above! He is the absolute best salesperson we have ever dealt with. He is honest and upfront and doesn't pull any punches. He tells you what he can sell you a car for and tells you what your trade is worth...without all the BS you usually have to step through at other dealers! My wife and I have purchased several cars from Lambert, specifically from Mark because he genuinely cares about his customers! While Mark is great, so is the dealership. Having purchased newer and/or brand new cars, we have not had issues requiring service from the service dept., however; last year we had a problem with our son's car and I called in. The service personnel were awesome, helping me troubleshoot over the phone before having the car towed. The advice given was helpful and I avoided an expensive towing bill! If you stack all the area car dealers next to Lambert, they will not come close to the awesome customer service provided at Lambert. Thanks again to Mark and the Lambert staff! More

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. From the moment I walked in that place to this monent I have had nothing but trouble when dealing with them. Be careful if you decide to deal with these people. They do not follow through completely with anything they say. More
