I was greeted with a warm smile by Garett Schneider and he asked how I could assist me. I told him my situation and with a few questions from Garett he recommended we take a look at a couple lease options rather than a pre owned vehicle that was 2-3 years old. He was able to get me into a BRAND NEW vehicle for a lower payment that a used car that was already three years old! Wasted my time. Rude and inconsiderate salesman It is Very very rude to set an appointment with a customer without checking your inventory. The salesperson made excuses about thinking the car was there and it was on the website etc. etc. THEN he was late for what I called an early lunch appointment, which I made clear I would have to take extra (paid time) to go see this car. I work till late in the evening and needed to check this one out. I get there about 11:45... NO CAR, it already went to auction days ago someone told me. NO SALES GUY. He had an appointment and was later than expected. From 9:45 AM when we first spoke and my appointment for around 12:00, no effort to call the other salespeople, no effort to check the inventory, and no indication of any of his personal problems that cost me time, gas, money AND a missed other appointment that I could have gone to. Of course the sales manager asked if I was interested in anything else they have. Bah!... Interesting one of thew sales people making excuses told me the car must have had too many problems so it went to auction.. Funny how the ad that brought me there made this one out to be a cream-puff... The ad is still up BTW hours later. VERY unhappy. More
