Had a timed appointment for an oil change. The vehicle sat in the service garage for 45 minutes until they got to it. It took 40 minutes to perform an oil change. My oil change was completed quickly, without issue. Although an oil change is a fairly basic item for the service department, I have experienced a serious issue at a competing dealership (Hokz Chevy). They changed the oil but forgot to reinsert the oil plug at the bottom of the pan. I was out of oil by the time I got home. They had to tow the car back to the shop to provide a replacement oil change and provide an oil pan plug. Thank you to Lake Chevy for not making this mistake, and their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I hope to lease my next two cars in the next 2 years, so it’s great to have Lake Chevy so close to my home. I’ll be seeing them again soon. More
