Reached out online to have the service manager contact me, and still haven’t gotten a response. Was told by the advisor that I shouldn’t take my vehicle to a dealer to get it detailed because they are expensive and don’t specialize in details. He said that’s why the vehicle wasn’t fully clean and not to expect so much in a detail job from a dealer. More
