As a 40 year Ford Motor customer with a lease ending soon and no affordable options, I visited a number of dealerships to see what other makes and models might be feasible. I certainly did not expect to be d and no affordable options, I visited a number of dealerships to see what other makes and models might be feasible. I certainly did not expect to be driving out of one of them in a new car that night. However LaFontaine Hyundai Livonia made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. They were able to work with me to get the new car I liked (the Tucson) with price and payment options that fit my budget without a large outlay of cash. Kudos to my salesman Danny for working hard to make this transaction happen. Highly recommend. More

Rated a 3 because the service center needs to provide estimates to the customer. The service write a person, janine, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She's also very efficient. She helped us with our tires and with our oil change and everything. She did a great job!
