They bent over backwards to take care of all of the issues and a few extras. These guys take care of my wife and I like we are family members each and every time we stop in the shop. We let everyone that we know about the sales and service team at Lafontaine. Had a small issue with a part malfunction on my 2009 Lariat and stopp We own our 2nd & 3rd F150, all 3 purchased from Lafontaine Ford in Lansing, MI. Had a small issue with a part malfunction on my 2009 Lariat and stopped by the dealership yesterday (February 15, 2016). I spoke with Don Pash, Robert Andrus, Andrew Burgett and Keith Slaught about the issue. No issues, no problems, no worries! I was told the part would be ordered and installed at my earliest convenience, with a loaner to boot! The team promised to take care of my family...time and again, they have followed through on their promises. My deepest THANK YOU to all of you guys. You make (made) the experience worth every moment and dollar spent. More
overlooked obvious maintenance Took 2013 Escape in for 75k mile scheduled maintenance & oil change. Told them radiator fluid low. After picking up car realized fluid not filled. Took 2013 Escape in for 75k mile scheduled maintenance & oil change. Told them radiator fluid low. After picking up car realized fluid not filled. At next oil change w/ competitor, air filter very dirty (obviously not changed) and in-car air filter (3 years old) was completely black. They did charge us for fuel cleaner & injection cleaners. At inspection, also told us front rotors needed to be turned. A break shop told us they they were fine. They have lost credibility & our trust. More

Customer service great and willing to go the extra mile! My experience went very great with this dealership! I was looking for a particular truck with certain specs and the last one in the U.S. Was here. The My experience went very great with this dealership! I was looking for a particular truck with certain specs and the last one in the U.S. Was here. They worked with me very thoroughly even though I lived 4 hours away. My sales guy I worked with Jeremy Herbik was very nice and knowledgable and was very flexible with Me. I needed to sell my old truck and they put a hold on the truck for me until I sold it which was about 2 weeks. Then jeremy went the extra mile and drove the truck 4 hours with less than 24 hour notice down to me and showed the truck to me and let me test drive it and even paid to have it washed after he arrived before I signed the papers. The manager Steve pengelly was also very helpful and went the extra mile by arranging having a scratch touched up here where I live the next day after they delivered the truck. If you want great customer service and a team that is willing to go the extra mile and take their time with you I recommend you go see Jeremy and Steve at Lafontaine Ford of Lansing More
