Over the top! Alex M. was our sales guy. SUPER professional and went crazy above and beyond. Stayed an extra hour after close just so my husband and I could look at Alex M. was our sales guy. SUPER professional and went crazy above and beyond. Stayed an extra hour after close just so my husband and I could look at cars. We pretty much had our minds made up, assuming the car drove well which it did. He got paper work started, again after hours FROM HOME just so we could get in and out as quick as possible! Then, when we came in at open, he already had the car waiting for us to test drive by the time my husband and I were both there. We also had our five year old daughter with us. He never once was bothered by her presence. He engaged with her and even brought her crayons and a coloring book. Oh! And earlier in the week he brought a car to us to test drive. Great Experience My vehicle broke down and I was in a pinch pretty good. I work on the road and travel a lot as my profession. This was only the second dealership I ha My vehicle broke down and I was in a pinch pretty good. I work on the road and travel a lot as my profession. This was only the second dealership I had stopped by with my Dad after getting back in town one evening. We shopped around for a few minutes and out came a gentleman by the name of Todd Cowen. We looked at options and by the first night had all but closed on a truck. After "sleeping" on it for a night and talking to my father it was decided that maybe after years of driving trucks and getting 20mpg maybe a car was the way to go with all the traveling. After the second night Todd had me pulling off the lot in a Ford Fusion averaging high 20s, low 30s for mpg. I couldn't be happier with my experience and how late Todd was willing to stay and make the deal happen with EVERY last incentive possible. If you want a great, reliable automobile for the best possible price I highly recommend going to Lafontaine and seeing Todd Cowen. Great experience with a great man. More

Alex tried twice but he couldn't get the price we needed. There was a Lincoln we were looking at and it was listed for 9200 and we said we would do 9000 out the door or at the worst 9200 out the door and they would only do 9650.00 but not because of Alex not trying .
