Rip Off on Service $640 to replace 2 spark plugs, 2 coils, BG fuel maintenance, and an oil change. I will not be going back to this dealership for service. It's great on gas, is newer than my last vehicle, has a more affordable payment and has half the miles as my last vehicle. Sam has followed up with me even after the purchase. Very poor service department I took my 2013 Explorer to the dealership on a Monday because the service engine light popped on. I was told that the light appeared because there wa I took my 2013 Explorer to the dealership on a Monday because the service engine light popped on. I was told that the light appeared because there was dirt on the fuel door. The door was supposedly cleaned and the problem resolved. The very next week, the light reappeared. This time I was told that they had to tear the car apart to find the problem. I believe I was blown off during the first visit and the problem was never diagnosed. It takes forever to repair a car at this place! As soon as this vehicle is fixed, it is going to go up for sale and I'm buying GM products. Crippen has great, accurate and fast service. More

He has checked in a few times to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle and when I had a small issue with the tire he went way out of his way to get me into the service center. More

I was running out of hope that anyone could help get me out of the awful vehicle I was in, but one stop Robert and Nate, were incredible to work with. I was running out of hope that anyone could help get me out of the awful vehicle I was in, but one stop into LaFontain, met with them and I drove off the lot with my 2010 fusion! Working in customer service myself, I have a high expectation of how people in that position should be, but Nate and Robert set the bar very high for anyone working in this industry. I had never owned a Ford before but because of them I will most definitely only buy here! Thank you so much for everything you did and I look forward to working with you both in the future! More
Please read dont let this be you. I bought a used 2005 ford F-350 from Chad Woodard at LaFontaine ford of Lansing. The day after my purchase I was getting into my truck when the runnin I bought a used 2005 ford F-350 from Chad Woodard at LaFontaine ford of Lansing. The day after my purchase I was getting into my truck when the running board drop 4 inches. I fell to the ground, I qas in shock over what just happen. I slid under the truck and seen that 3 of 4 brackets for the running board are broken and have been ghetto rig back together. I contact Chad, he told me that he can't order new brackets. That I will need to buy new running board's. After weeks of dealing with Chad. The manager calls me up and says he didn't know about any of this they will install new running boards just drop the truck off so they can order the right running board's . I drop the truck off, and I pick it up the next day. They wielded the old broken running boards to my trucks frame without permission. I have tried contacting them countless times they don't return my messages. I don't believe the truck was ever inspected. I think I bought someone's problems and all LaFontaine did was put it on their lot. The truck has a coolant leak found that out when I added coolant to the empty reservoir. A wobble when your on the highway. They say they did a full inspection so either their service department sucks or they are lieng. Either way I lose, don't let this be you stay away from LaFontaine. More
