I don't live in the immediate Lansing area, but I had heard how wonderful Lafontaine was to work with so I went through them for my recent Ford Flex e I don't live in the immediate Lansing area, but I had heard how wonderful Lafontaine was to work with so I went through them for my recent Ford Flex experience. Jerry and Steve were fantastic. My trade-in went so smoothly -- this after a couple other dealers were not easy to work with. We did almost everything over the phone and email and Jerry delivered my Flex to my house. Just a carefree and no stress experience. And Jerry taught me more about my car than I knew in 4 years with my other one. Great dealership! More

Long story short...the "other" Ford dealership was not responsive whatsoever. We them made the great decision to meet with Robert Andrus at Lafontaine-Lansing. It's great on gas, is newer than my last vehicle, has a more affordable payment and has half the miles as my last vehicle. Sam has followed up with me even after the purchase. Very poor service department I took my 2013 Explorer to the dealership on a Monday because the service engine light popped on. I was told that the light appeared because there wa I took my 2013 Explorer to the dealership on a Monday because the service engine light popped on. I was told that the light appeared because there was dirt on the fuel door. The door was supposedly cleaned and the problem resolved. The very next week, the light reappeared. This time I was told that they had to tear the car apart to find the problem. I believe I was blown off during the first visit and the problem was never diagnosed. It takes forever to repair a car at this place! As soon as this vehicle is fixed, it is going to go up for sale and I'm buying GM products. Crippen has great, accurate and fast service. More
