I feel so blessed I received a phone call from Cari Gonzalez after she attained my name when I tried to get a car from a competitor dealership (they gave out my name). I'm actually glad they did because I had never been to this dealership before. She was extremely friendly and courteous... making sure she knew my circumstances so she could help me. Because of it being hard for me to make it in there and it was late in the weekend... she sent me an application to my e-mail... along with a link to their website. I found their website to be very user friendly. I completed the form and sent it on Sunday March 29, 2015... Monday Ron Wagner called me asked a couple of questions and said he was pretty sure they could help me out and would get back with me. Today Ron called said they could indeed help me and arranged for someone to come pick me up. He and Cari went out of their way to find me the best car that fit my needs and budget.... the entire process I felt special... never pressured... they were honest and upfront about everything I asked and of what was presented to me. I had originally went to the dealership for a 2012 ford fusion but after the test drive, wanted a newer model with less wear and tear and Robert did an excellent job showing me a newer fully loaded fusion in which i fell in love with the moment i sat in the car. His willingness to fully explain all the features of the car and allow me to test drive it was great. He really seemed interested in selling the vehicle and making sure I liked it. I wound up buying the vehicle and he went above and beyond by even coming by my house to help me set up the car and helped set up my sync and all the fun features. I really appreciate his willingness to make sure I was set even after the car was purchased. Best car buying experience ever!! More
