I went here because Borgman Ford Mazda, where I have always gone before, was booked up for 2 weeks. Just for an oil change! Poor Communication, failure to fix issues, failure to put car parts back on vehicle 100%. Had vehicle for five days and when completing oil change and fluid flushes failed to fill wiper solvent dispenser, bo car parts back on vehicle 100%. Had vehicle for five days and when completing oil change and fluid flushes failed to fill wiper solvent dispenser, bone dry when picked up unfortunately didn’t even notice until needed days later. Avoid until they get their customer service core values, business priorities and people in sync. Very disappointed with my experience and the overall lack of concern from the staff. I was given an apology for all the failures but insincere and came across as just another day at the shop… More

The service advisor was Mitchell and he was very good to deal with. Communicated all info and pricing to me accurately. I did have a few concerns. This was my first time using LaFontaine Service Dept. (I have been to the Quick Lube a number of times). Part of my service was an oil change. A new oil change sticker was not placed on my windshield and my engine oil life wasn't reset. These are not major things but it was obvious that attention to detail was missing. My major concern was that I asked not to rotate my tires since they were just rotated recently. After I got home I realized the tires were rotated. I now have to go back to the tire place and have them rotated back. More
