Bought a jeep from them had it for a day and there was a loud squeaky noise. My son in law and I fixed the problem. Now two weeks later there is oil all over in my engine. Never will I go there again!!! More

Very poor customer service! !!! Earlier this year purchased a 2022 Explorer to tow a small camper trailer and was told by the salesperson that it had a 5000# towing capacity. I h !!! Earlier this year purchased a 2022 Explorer to tow a small camper trailer and was told by the salesperson that it had a 5000# towing capacity. I had a class IV trailer hitch installed and a electric brake controller only to find out that the actual towing capacity was 3000#. When I went to the dealership the salesperson said he didn't remember and wasn't apologetic. When I inquired about buying a different vehicle he offered me $7,000.00 less than what I paid. That was a very expensive lease for six months. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and my son purchased a $70,000.00 truck from them when they were Keller Ford. We would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

First time ever taking my car in to get fixed so I took my 2012 Ford Focus in and told them I already had it quoted for a new transmission at 3,100$. They checked it out and quoted me at 11,156$ for a new my 2012 Ford Focus in and told them I already had it quoted for a new transmission at 3,100$. They checked it out and quoted me at 11,156$ for a new transmission, which I didn't take and is an outrageous price. They then proceeded to charge me 176$ for checking computer codes. I've had previous friends and family members tell me there checkup there and at other places is typically 75-100$ for a full car checkup. I got my car back and it wouldn't even start to which they offered no compensation. These types of issues should be reported to the Secretary of State and I advise other's with these problems to do the same. More
