Signs inside need to be better displayed, too much stuff in the way. The kids doing the oil change were good but needed to be more professional. Ok our sales person went above and beyond for us by finding another car at one of your other dealerships after we deside it was going to be more then we want to spend monthly, he return a call to us a finding another car at one of your other dealerships after we deside it was going to be more then we want to spend monthly, he return a call to us after find a close replacement but it wasn't what we really wanted so we try to come up with another solution and He was able to make it work, WOO HOO !!! Then we came to pick it up and sign paper work at 10 am we were finially done with his side of the paperwork 1.5 hrs in seem a little long the we went the the finial signing with Eric and AJ took the car to get washed or what ever they had to do at 11:45am we got done with Eric 15 ish mins, back to the waiting room. At 1:00 pm I went the AJ's dsk and asked ??? are they repaint the car? He check on it and he said there had been another car in front of it and it would be another 30 minutes So I left my wife there because after 3 hours I had to get back to work. So at 1:30 ish my wife was able to get the car and go. That waiting that look is something you'all should look into. An now when she gets home with the car the front Grill is all broken?? I would think the 132 point inspection would have seen it I done remeber it being there before. and I mention it to AJ but he didn't have anything to say about it. So i guess thats on me? I highly recommend the LaFontaine dealership out of Grand rapids. They were able to work with me remotely from the UP with the selection of the vehicle, the purchase, and the delivery.
