Great buying experience We were forced into a new vehicle purchase because our current van's transmission went out. We were only there about three or four minutes when Jessie Espenoza came to see if we needed help. We were very pleased with his friendliness, knowledge, and sincerity as he showed us what he had. The van was perfect for us, and the price was less than we had expected to pay. Jessie went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and that we knew what was going on at all times. He then made sure we understood what each feature was and how they worked. We have had our fill of "slick", "insincere", salespeople, but Jessie was the exact opposite. We were in an accident & had to replace our truck. We had only a certain amount of insurance money to replace our truck. We found it every hard to replace our crew cab truck. Jesse worked with his manager & my husband to lower the price, so we could afford to buy the truck. We picked up our truck on 2-25-14. I was unaware that when we left, I accidently dropped my down payment check. Jesse found my check & immediately called our daughter to come back & get our check. We found Jesse to be a very good & honest person. Jesse also speaks Spanish & could speak Spanish to my husband. Jesse & his manager worked hard to get us into a truck that we could afford.
