The opposite of what one might expect---patient, kind and informative. I was never rushed during my sale and there was zero pressure. I told him if I owned a business I would try hard to steal him from Kia (and I was serious !). Look….not all dealerships are created equal ! I encountered some big duds in my search where I was ignored on lots, etc----or had to go asking for help. Three different people there stopped to ask me if I was all set or needed anything. Plus the lifetime warrant Keller Kia offers on all their vehicles is a wonderful surprise. Kia warranties are already the best in the business….that's just icing on the cake. Thanks guys ! More

After months of searching websites and dealership lots for the right used car, I finally found the car for me at Keller Ford and Kia with the help of After months of searching websites and dealership lots for the right used car, I finally found the car for me at Keller Ford and Kia with the help of the patient, courteous, and knowledgeable salesman, Matt Sunderlin. The reason I say that Mr. Sunderlin is patient is because I visited Keller Ford and Kia three times and every time Mr. Sunderlin was in no way pushy or quick to pass me off to the next salesperson. I actually felt like a guest in someone's home rather than just another customer. Matt took the time to discuss with me and my mother the fine points of both the Ford Escape and the Ford Fusion, the two vehicles I was interested in, each and every time we visited. I was very impressed with the quality of the vehicles he showed us and how the dealership actually took the time to make their vehicles presentable. The other dealerships we visited simply washed their used vehicles before slapping them on the lot, so that when a customer would test drive one they would instantly be appalled by the various odors and stains that had not been dealt with within the interior. However, this was not the case at Keller Ford and Kia. Every one of the used vehicles I test drove was as clean as a new vehicle and it was clear that Matt Sunderlin was very proud of that fact. On my third visit, I fell in love with a 2012 Ford Fusion and even though it was clear that I was very interested Matt Sunderlin did not push me into a deal. Instead, he made sure that was the vehicle I wanted before we proceeded. I had a fantastic experience at Keller Ford and Kia thanks to Matt Sunderlin and all their kind and excellent staff. Oh, and Matt, thanks for the extra floor mats and your great service! Keep on collecting those thank you cards, you deserve them! More

We were only there about three or four minutes when Jessie Espenoza came to see if we needed help. We were very pleased with his friendliness, knowledge, and sincerity as he showed us what he had. The van was perfect for us, and the price was less than we had expected to pay. Jessie went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and that we knew what was going on at all times. He then made sure we understood what each feature was and how they worked. We have had our fill of "slick", "insincere", salespeople, but Jessie was the exact opposite. I would certainly buy another car from him, and would be very happy to recommend Keller to others. Thanks Jessie! More

I contacted Keller Ford Kia online and immediately got a response from Jesse Espinosa and I told him I was thinking I wanted to buy a used Kia Sportag I contacted Keller Ford Kia online and immediately got a response from Jesse Espinosa and I told him I was thinking I wanted to buy a used Kia Sportage. I stopped by and asked for Jesse. He was so friendly and polite and busy! He started me on my first test drive. Andrew Hamp stepped in to help facilitate test drives while Jesse finished with another customer. They were both so helpful and friendly. I fell in love with a gold Ford Escape and I was sold. So Jesse and Andrew made it happen for me. I couldn't be more excited and pleased. I definitely recommend this dealership and Jesse and Andrew are awesome! More
