Let me tell you we have done a TON of research, went to many dealers, sat in plenty of cars, and got the absolute BEST service from Jesse Espinoza at Keller Ford. There were no "hidden anythings", and he was not pushy AT ALL. The car we chose is exactly what we wanted; however, I was not 100% sold on the specific car initially. Jesse went out of his way to pull up the car I initially had planned on buying from another dealer (luckily they had one on the lot, it was not a Ford) next to the Ford we were looking at so I could compare the cars side-by-side. I think I got out of each car at least 10 times each! I am SO thankful I was able to do that as I might have made a mistake by choosing the other car. Going above and beyond in that way was extremely helpful for me. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and was able to make my choice confidently.
