Purchased a used Lexus GX remotely. Was very happy with the communication during the process initially. I was told there were no scratches or chips which was surprising as it was used. When I received the car there were multiple scratches and a cracked running board so was frustrated to see this. Would recommend seeing used car in person before buying. The sales rep did say that was their preferred option up front but with them not knowing when the title would clear to sell was hard to schedule. More
