My advisor left on vacation and my car had been sitting, not even looked at, for 3 days. Fortunately, Ryan, the assistant manager took over my issues and service was completed within a day and a half (parts not even looked at, for 3 days. Fortunately, Ryan, the assistant manager took over my issues and service was completed within a day and a half (parts needed to be ordered). I was surprised at the amount of work that was needed as the car is only 3 1/2 years old and under 30,000 miles. This rating is based on the service from the assistant manager. Thank you Ryan! More
