The service was good. However, charging $200 dollars for a simple diagnosis is absurd. I had other problems to workout but each was an additional $200. I was not going to write a review. I had a bad experience and I told those at the dealership that I dealt with that I would not write a review. I requested to not receive emails or texts. I continue to get emails or texts despite them saying I would not receive these. Communication during the buying process could have greatly improved. I live far away from Lansing and I needed better communication to plan the travel to there. One associate smelled like alcohol. They kept me waiting when I arrived. They told me that my registration would be mailed to me. Why would this be policy? Why would any dealer let someone not have a registration? They later printed it. The extended warranty process was not explained at all. The biggest issue is that they failed to transfer my plate to my new vehicle. This resulted in me driving over an hour without it. Fortunately I realized it and turned around and went back. I met with a manager that originally seemed to be helpful. I asked the manager to follow up with me in 2 weeks to let me know how he addressed the forgotten plate transfer to ensure that no other customer ever had to go through this. The manager said he would follow up. But he did not do so. There are also several credit inquiries that remain on my credit report. I am not sure why this had to happen. But thank you. There is more, but these are the highlights. I realize that no one will address these concerns. Really I am writing this so someone else can read it and hopefully avoid what I went through. More

Great salesman. I enjoy the vehicle. I did however spend much time repairing several things on the jeep when I got it home. There should have been more detail to sig I enjoy the vehicle. I did however spend much time repairing several things on the jeep when I got it home. There should have been more detail to significant aspects like blinker out, spark plugs bad, air filter dirty and dirt and oil on the motor top/sand. But I hope to continue bringing the vehicle up to par with a complete overlook by my mechanic before undercoating it. I hope it’s a great decision. I do enjoy my new Jeep. More
