Sandy Wilson is one the best salesmen I have dealt with and tr My wife and I just purchased a used Ford Focus CPO from Lafayette Ford in Fayetteville. Sandy Wilson is one the best salesmen I have dealt with and trust me I have dealt with many especially since I once worked in the car dealer world. We proposed a scenario and price point that Sandy and the entire staff tried to meet however, in the end we had to go with an alternate plan which was the most needed. We wanted to trade two vehicles for a used vehicle and a new truck. However, since our one car had a high payoff this deal went to a one for one swap despite Sandy and the entire staff efforts. This is not the first time nor the last time I will buy from Lafayette or Sandy Wilson, did they sell my wife her car a couple years ago. In my opinion Fayetteville only has one Ford dealership and that is Lafayette Ford. More
I had a great experience at your dealership and had to let someone know. After discovering that my 11 year old Ford Taurus had a cracked head, I found myself in a tight spot. I had to step out and purchas let someone know. After discovering that my 11 year old Ford Taurus had a cracked head, I found myself in a tight spot. I had to step out and purchase a vehichle. Having gone more than twelve years without financing anything, I was a little apprehensive about stepping out to do this. I was referred to Woody Burrose, by my brother-in-law. Woody gave me a quick call to introduce himself so that when I came out to the lot later that afternoon, I already had a connection. He is such a nice guy. He gave me all the information I asked for , gave me time to consult with others on the facts of the vehichles and just made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire selection process. Woody then walked me to James Browns office. Mr Brown explained all the details and we closed the deal. The following Tuesday, Mr Brown called me to let me know that he had found a way to save me some money and asked if I could return to his office. I did. He was able to get my interest rate reduced from 8.9 to 4.9, thereby saving me almost $40.00 per month in the transaction. He did not have to call me back and make that offer. He could have sent my paperwork right on thru, "as is", but he made that extra effort and I surely do appreciate it. This experience that started out with anxiety turned out to be great. I am very pleased with the pre-owned 2010 Fusion I purchased but am even more satisfied with the customer service involved in the entire process. Thank you all so very much for making this such a great experience. More
I took my wife's mini-van there over a dozen times for warranty service only to be told they can't duplicate the problem. One day after the warranty ran out a Major Ford Dealer tried to charge my wife $26 warranty service only to be told they can't duplicate the problem. One day after the warranty ran out a Major Ford Dealer tried to charge my wife $2600 to make the repair for the transmission problem I had complained about to Lafayette Ford over a dozen times. After a lawsuit (which included re-establishing the warranty) Lafayette Ford again (you guessed it) couldn't duplicate the problem. Come to find out they never even ran the test in accordance with Ford's own TSBs on the known transmission problem. The van has been in their service department "under warranty" for over a year. You've been warned, enough said! More
