Absolutely amazing I’m very happy with my new car. It has taken such huge weight off my shoulders to not have to worry about getting new tires or any problems going on w I’m very happy with my new car. These guys at the dealership were very patient with me especially Charles Cass. He was very understanding with my needs and I couldn’t be anymore happier than I am now and I can’t wait to put some miles on my new car. These guys have given me such huge opportunity to grow and I can’t wait to experience great things with my ford Ecosport. Thank you guys so much for everything. Unbelieveable I dropped off my lease 2016 hybrid ford fusion, prior to leaving out of town for a week. Prior to that I made serveral attempts to get the vehicle in I dropped off my lease 2016 hybrid ford fusion, prior to leaving out of town for a week. Prior to that I made serveral attempts to get the vehicle in for service but I could never get a loaner. I figured if I dropped it off on a Sunday, that when I returned home on the following Thursday in the late afternoon hour that my vehicle would be completed. When I got to the dealership on Thursday. My vehicle was dirty from sitting there all week even though on the property was a car wash. Then I asked if it had been charged and they stated it wasnt even though there was a charging station once again on the property. Then I ask what was wrong with the vihicle which I got back no feedback. When I got in the vehicle I noticed there was no oil sticker on my windshield. So I had to walk back in and get one. Who is to say anything was done to the vehicle. I did pay 45.00 but I am not sure for what. After leaving my vehicle for four busniess days only to return, car is dirty, not charged, and no evidence of any kind of maintanence. I guess I figured since it was a lease and Ford property that it would have been taken better care of. I guess other Ford Dealerships have spolied me and my experiences. More
Service Department First Oil Change Visit It was my first oil change for my new 2018 F150. Very nice greeting, very polite and pleasant service representative. The lounge was very comfortable. I went out to the lot to look at other cars and trucks to see whats out there. Very nice salespeople greeted me and I had to let them know I just bought a new truck from Lafayette and I'm just here for an oil change. No worries, they let me look around. I like the $98,000 Lincoln Navigator, that's my new very favorite vehicle. I could never afford that but it is fun just to see the beautiful interior. My truck was ready and the service department did a very nice job. I enjoy visiting the dealership and looking at new cars I could never afford. I had a very nice visit. More

One area Ford dealership (Crown Ford!!), where I bought the car, told me it was not covered under warranty. I got a 2nd opinion from Lafayette Ford. They fixed the problem under warranty with no questions!! Kept me informed through the whole process. Josh called me several times to keep me updated on the work being performed. They have earned my respect and future business. More
Painless Purchase Came in to purchase a used Lincoln from Antwon. I don't have the best credit, but he and the Finance Manager found a deal for me. When the bank called to review my details, I wasn't able to get the MKX. However, they were able to get my wife into a new, safe Ford Escape with the same payment. We had a very positive experience. I gave Antwon the best recommendation I could, I let him know I'll work with him again the next time we're ready to buy again. Wonderful, kind, and patient care was our experience. Highly recommend this dealership. More

The dealership immediate contacted me after seeing my feeling of the way I was treated. I want to say I was blown away by the help they offered me. Their computers where down when I brought my car in but they had already arranged for my jeep to be sent to the jeep dealership. They set me up with a rental with a full tank of gas and I was in and out of picking that up in less then ten minutes. Two days later my jeep was not only returned to me fixed but T.J even drove it to my job to switch cars so I did not have to miss work. This company is very considered by how they treat their customers over the long haul and they have completely redeemed themselves in my book. This is by far the best encounter I ever had in a dealership.We will be back. I also want to take the time to say publically T.J was amazing for all three of my sales and he always works very hard to help us out he has shown me through this all I was never just a sale to him because over six years and now three cars he has always went to great lengths to provide the best customer service around. This is a man who truly loves his job and wants to make his customer a life long customer. Thanks again T.J and Bear for turning my frown upside down!!!! More

When I first tried dealing with others I kinda got the run around and I was very frustrated however when T.J and Bear found out how unpleased I was this dream team got me back on the road in my car in two days and I have never been happier.
