So I submitted an online application to let them know that I was interested. When my mother and I arrived, we had been greeted by my salesmen Edward Cassel. Edward was very friendly,professional,wasnt overbaring. He allowed me sometime to figure out what I wanted. I told him the camaro. He then smiled and said I have just the right for you. I drove the car I fell in love with it. He then turned to me and said this is your vehicle. He wasnt just pitching a sale, he knew exactly what he was talking about. But to make a long story short. Professional and Transparent I have purchased many cars in my life and it usually involves a mysterious dance between the customer the sales rep and the sales manager - in an effo I have purchased many cars in my life and it usually involves a mysterious dance between the customer the sales rep and the sales manager - in an effort to get to a final contract. However, with so much information available to the customer on line, it was refreshing to participate in an upfront and direct conversation with the sales manager on the price of a new car and the trade-in value of my current car. Working with his own screen available to me for my observation - and with the help of the USAA buying service, we came to an agreement - and I was not planning on buying a new car! I appreciated the candor, transparency - and ultimately, the price that we agreed upon. Both the sales manage - and the sales rep that also worked with me - were respectful, service-oriented and went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. Kudos to both of them More

By the time we were done with our erends Dina, had a price package offer ready to go (per our request). We are Costco members and with discounts felt we received a great price that was within our budget. We also were very happy with the trade-in value.
